What You Can Expect
Your level of satisfaction is very important to us. You may be visited by our director while you are here or surveyed by our contract survey company, Arbor Associates, after you are discharged.
When you become a patient of the GMH Medical Surgical Unit, you will be provided with information on how to ask for help, what the daily routines of the unit are, what activity levels your physician ordered, and how to secure your personal belongings.
